Crystal Theatre’s Off-Broadway hit, A Spinning Tale!

Improve your acting, singing and musical theater dance skills in this rollicking big musical comedy based on the famous Grimm’s Brothers’ fairytale,Rumpelstiltskin.

Written by Cheryl & Alexandrea Kemeny, this challenging show has parts for all—featuring a beautiful Miller’s daughter, her exaggerating father, Sidney, and his bumbling Cronies, as well as a greedy, hard-of-hearing King Maximillian, his man-crazy wife, Regina, her gorgeous French ladies-in-waiting, a handsome Prince, a lonely elf with a crazy name and assorted friends from the village of Bam.

Directed by Samantha Kulish-Fargione, musical direction by Crystal Theatre Artistic Director Cheryl Kemeny, choreography by Char Fromentin, and assisted by Debra Poruban.

The students in A Spinning Tale will be performing at the 2019 Matthew Chiappetta Memorial Concert at Crystal Theatre on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 7:00pm. Students will arrive at 4:30pm that afternoon to practice before the show. More information as the date gets closer.
